At Giovannio we aim to deliver you beautiful headwear you love and will wear! Understandably, sometimes an order is not what you expected, does not fit, or for whatever reason you have changed your mind. Giovannio offers free returns on US orders only (*exclusions apply).
To initiate a return, please contact info@giovannio.com with your order number, and reason for return for approval. Once approved, we will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label.

Your purchase must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all hang tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Your return must be post-marked within 14 days of your original shipping date, repacked carefully and preferably in the box it was shipped in.

Please allow us 3-6 business days for processed receipt of your return.

All items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a refund.

All sale styles are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
